There was an advertisement on Facebook marketplace for a company called ZenAuraLife and a facial improvement product. I ordered and paid through PayPal. After weeks of waiting for my order I began to investigate and found a series of inconsistencies. I tried to get a refund from PayPal but they rejected it saying the website thanks@fitody limited was a legitimate website. But there is no business at fitody limited and the response directs you to [email protected] which is not a business email.
