I have recieved a green letter -letter you described above advertisement, reference no THA88226555, the letter sent to my home address, I do not have any contact with Ruoff Mortgage company an when i talked to my agent that i went through he said they didn't send it that its a scam. The letter is coming from THA 1900 Preston Rd Ste 267 #164 Plano TX 72093- Contact office phone number 18339792021. I know this a scam would like report . states contact by Aug 29th 2025

Used First & Last Name, correct address, bank bought through but not the lender used (first red flag), reference date & policy may expire date had no connection to purchase or insurance date, green paper, no other information given, no info of firm or insurance currently used.
