Spotted an ad for nice looking mineral coffee cups as a Christmas special. A description was provided along with a video of how these cups were made. They appeared to be made of mineral (stone) and the video showed them being made in a smelter of some type showing the process in which the cups started out as molten mineral (stone?). The first cups to arrive in about 40 days (advertised as quick delivery for Christmas) were not the colors ordered and to top it off they were a cheap, hand painted plastic. The paint job looked like a first grader had done it. Contact was made pictures were sent and another set was sent with apologies. When the second set arrived, it was the same cheap plastic cups as before. Contact was again made and Tessizy indicated I got what I ordered. This clearly was not what I ordered by picture and video. End result I was first offered a 5% refund and 30% off next purchase. We went back and forth, and my final offer was 10% refund and 30% off next purchase. I will not buy from this company, located somewhere in Asia as I finally found out, ever again. The pictures of their products do not represent the product you will ultimately receive. These cups were listed for $49.99 ea. Do not buy from this company, it's fraudulent.
