It appears that the call center company at this address 848 n rainbow dr Las Vegas is a scam outfit that pretends to sell flowers, “Terry’s florist” and other “products” like “Subscription Services”.
They are criminals and should be shut down.

Order $100 arrangement only to be called later and said THEY HAD NO FLOWERS TO FILL MY ORDER AND NO OTHER SUBSTITUE FLOWERS.
THEY WERE OUT OF FLOWERS,!
Card was charged of course. Still waiting on "promised" refund!

FROM READ I NG THESE REVIEWS WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL iN BUSNESS.?

They are a scam business. Many people involved. No flowers.
They should be hunted down and killed. Why not?

Collects orders then nothing.

I searched online for a florist in my home town. Terry's Florist was the first listing that popped up. I placed my order where they were offering same day free delivery. 5 hours later my daughter had not received the flowers. So, I contacted the 800# on the website. I was prompted to choose 2 for status of a current order. I was on music hold for over 10 minutes. No one answered. So, I hung up and called back and selected prompt 1 to place a new order. Someone answered immediately. I told them that I wanted to check the status of a delivery. After giving them the confirmed order# he put me on hold. After 10 minutes he comes back on and says that my order has been processed and "they should be out for delivery". He said they would call back if there were any issues. 20 minutes later he calls back and says that the order has been canceled because their supplier canceled all of their orders. That they would refund the amount to my card. I would never have known these people were not located in my home town had I not searched it online. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I immediately canceled my debit card with the bank.

Ordered a very special birthday and congratulations bouquet, spent over 120.00 and day of at 1:30pm i get a voicemail stating they could no longer fulfill order. Even though i confirmed they would have availability two days before. DO NOT USE

I recently ordered an arrangement for my sisters funeral. It was suppose to be roses with a tall beautiful porcelain angel with long hair like my sisters and had gold along the sleeves and wings. My sister collected angels and I wanted this keepsake for her husband. Instead, what they sent was an ugly brown box holding the flowers with an ugly fat cross and an angel that looked like the hobbit and wasn't even visible. It was pushed down into the flowers. I was burying my sister and to see the ugly arrangement they had sent was even more upsetting. No where on their site does it say there might be substitutions. I ordered this arrangement specifically for the roses and beautiful angel. We tried calling them to see if they would do something to rectify this but all they did was put my husband on hold for almost half an hour and had nothing but excuses. The flowers I ordered for my beloved sister was not even close to being represented on their site. They have poor customer service if you get any one on the phone to begin with. When we called they asked if we had a picture of the flowers they sent. Who at a funeral stops to take pictures of flowers when you are overwrought with grief? Please do yourself a favor and forget this place. Losing my sister was hard enough or losing anyone's family member. Apparently these people shouldn't be in the business of flowers because they have no compassion for the loss of your loved one if they can allow this to happen and not come clean about the fact they messed up and do something besides throwing a few dollars back to you .. This place should be shut down or investigated at the very least. Hopefully our review will prevent someone else from being burned by this place. If I could I wouldn't even give these people 1 star.!...Jane W.

My father in law unexpectedly passed away and I wanted to get something nice for him from my children. They called him Pop-pop. I did not check the reviews, big mistake. This florist pulls a bait and switch. I ordered an all blue and white spray with white roses, I got white carnations with pink tips instead of roses, no blue flowers at all the what I received is significantly smaller then what was pictured on their website. In addition I requested a ribbon which said Pop-pop on it and paid an extra $25 for it. What I got was a $3 ribbon written on with a sharpie. They clearly took advantage of a grieving family. I understand that things may have to be switched due to supplies etc...but they didn't even try to keep the colors the same. The first picture below is what we ordered and the following are what we received.

I got scammed looking for local same day delivery flowers for my friend's birthday. After placing the order I received a confirmation email. At this point I noticed no problems. Two hours after I placed the order, I received a call from NJ... I did not answer (of course I didn't think this would be the floral company, who I thought was local, in SC). I then checked my voicemail. A lady with a thick accent, one that was hard to understand, told me that:

"We are very limited today and I don't know when the next shipment of delivery will be and we don't have any of the flowers you ordered. So could we just do a designers choice and make sure it's the last bit of the flowers you ordered. So if you do agree with the designer's choice kindly give me a call back at ******** I'm really sorry for the inconvenience but I hoping for your call back. thank you and have a blessed day"

I thought it was nice the way she spoke and was trying to make my order satisfactory.

So I call the number. I give the lady (not the one who called me) my order number. She asked if I was okay with the "designer's choice" and assured me I would receive a beautiful arrangement. I said that would be OK. Then we hang up.

Immediately I thought it was strange that the number was from out of state, that I have spoken to multiple people with different area code phone numbers and that I had to be put on hold in the manner I was. It seemed odd that a small, local, flower shop in SC would work this way... SO I went to google. I realized it was a scam. I feel kinda dumb that I didn't realize sooner. After reading countless reviews of people who never received their flowers, or were VERY disappointed by their arrangements, I called right back and talked to the same lady. I gave her my order number again and told her "we just spoke, I would like to cancel my order" and she said "What is the reason for canceling?" I said "You don't have the right flowers for my arrangement and I am not okay with that." so she put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then told me that the transaction is voided and I will receive a refund within 24 hours. Now we just have to wait and see if I wasted $75 or if I will get it back...

Hopefully since I canceled my order before it was sent out that i caught it soon enough and will get my money... maybe I am just wishful thinking. You would think that since you pay so much money, people would be okay giving you what you paid for... but no, they just want the money. They don't even have the flowers. :(

These jerks canceled my grandpa’s funeral floral arrangement 4 hours before it was set to deliver and held my payment so I couldn’t order replacements.

I wanted to order my mom flowers and chocolates for her 90th birthday but didn't want to pay a $30 delivery fee by using one of the popular nationwide florists. I had heard it was better to use a local florist so I looked up local florists in the town my mom lives in (4000 miles away from where I live). I expected the order to be delivered on 3/11 and was concerned when I called her on on 3/12 and she said nothing had been delivered. I looked for my confirmation # and info and couldn't find it (my error). I called the florist's number listed on their website and they offered 2 options for the call -1)place an order and 2) check on an existing order. I pushed 2 and was immediately put on hold with music. 10 minutes later no one had answered. I tried calling back and pushing 1, someone seemed to answer but then there was no one there. I did some more research and to my dismay, it seems that I am not the first person to get scammed by this fake company. Meanwhile my mom didn't get her flowers and chocolates for her 90th birthday and my credit card was charged $81. Since it is still a pending charge the credit card company won't do anything about it. I feel like a fool for ordering from an unknown company, but I am angry and upset that I was scammed in this way. I hope other people will be more diligent and careful about doing their research ahead of time...

848 n rainbow Las Vegas. There are several “businesses” located here that are a scam call center operation. Terry’s flowers is just one of them

I ordered flowers from what I thought was a local shop. These crooks are based out of NJ and they do not deliver anything. They steal your money, period. This needs to be understood!

I ordered flowers for a funeral they never came! When I tried to call they had me on hold for 1 hour. I had to get my bank involved. Dont use these scammers. Wish I had looked at their reviews before ordering.

I ordered a bouquet on line, believing it was going from Mass adress to Mass address.
I was a bit careless in not catching that their web site had no contact physical address.
After google search, I realized I have been scammed. I called "Terrys Florist" and did receive an answer. I told them I wated the name of the florist in Mass who was delivering the flowers. They put me on hold for 10 minutes to say they had trouble with the "system"
They would have to "manually" fnd out who was delivery in that area.
When I asked where they were,he hesitated. then hold again, while he "transferred to the new girl " who didn't even know her own address, and gave the same story about the system having problems. I told her it was strange that they had system problems, but had my credit card info so quickly. she was literally stuttering,
Long story short, she said she would cancel, and asked the reason why. (OMG) I told her I decided to give a different gift.
She told me that they would cancel and refund my CC $$. Time will tell.
In the meantime, my CC has been advised, and said they will be disputed if they actually take the funds.
This is very immoral,as a gift of flowers is an emotional thing, and theu prey on that.

I needed flowers for a funeral service that was out of town. I looked online to find a florist in Purcell, Oklahoma. Terry's is the first name that came up. I called her and she stated that she was located in Purcell and grew all her own flowers. She told me to select an arrangement from her website - I did and she charged me $176.48. When we arrived at the funeral service the floral arrangement was nothing like what we ordered. It was much smaller and did not contain any of the same flowers from the original order we asked for. We noticed that the supplier of the card said Alma's Flowers in Purcell. I called Alma's which is actually located in Purcell and were told that this happens all the time. Terry just simply answers the phone of her website then calls another florist to provide the flowers. She told Alma's to make an arrangement worth $75. So Terry's kept the 101.48 for herself. I contacted Terry's to tell her I was very disappointed with the arrangement and and she just said sorry. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and they told me I had to return the merchandise - I don't want other people to be scammed by this dishonest individual who has found a way to make a living doing absolutely nothing but answering the phone.

Made 2 orders with more than 4 days notice.
1 order never delivered---although tthey falsely said it was and then confirmed it wasn't.
1 order canceled at 12 noon on the delivry day.
Think its more the service provider and not the local florist (in/near San Jose).

I ordered a very nice sympathy arrangement to be delivered same day. It was not delivered. they called the next day said their supplies did not come in and could they deliver the next day(2 days after order). At that time I inquired if this was in fact a local company, as during my search it came up as local family owned business, she said it is. After inquiring again why it was not delivered by phone and email, they said it was out for delivery and did not have a specific time when that would happen. I called again later in the evening when it was not delivered. They once again said the driver had the my order on the truck, then acted like they were contacting the driver. I let them know I wanted a refund and to cancel my order, she told me they do not give refunds unless they can't deliver! Which then infuriated me even more since they can't deliver! I told her I would dispute with my CC company. This company should be shut down as it is obviously a fraudulent company that scams honest people trying send condolences to grieving families.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I fell for it as well, but just for a birthday. My CC said they would dispute if they did not cancel the order. I called (Terry's) and the 2 kids I spoke to were nervous wrecks. One saying their system was down, and one saying she didn't know her address the,as she was new. @@ I told them that it was odd tha they had my CC info and order # during a system "glitch" . She then said it was 46 English Plaze in Red Bank NJ,which does not have a florist. I feel like a fool for not realizing they didn't have a contact adress.
At any rate,I wanted to say how sorry you went thru all of that during a dreadful time.
so many immoral people in the world. :+( I'm sorry for your loss.

Ordered online. Credit card charged $80,18 . Then we got an email saying that something was "missing" from the order. Phone calls when unanswered. Looked up review and saw that others had been scammed as well. Next time order by phone and verify that the business is really local.

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law who just had a baby and the flowers never arrived. They called me the day I ordered them and said the flowers wouldn't be delivered until the next day due to supply issues. The next day came and went and no flowers were delivered. I called numerous times and was told I would receive a call back and I never received one. I finally demanded a refund. They said they would issue one but I haven't received it yet. I will dispute with my CC company. I have never received such POOR customer service in my life. Do not EVER order from them!
