Type of a scam Investment
Today, I received in the mail an unsolicited offer from Terra Valhalla (signed, Jason P. Allen, President) to purchase the parcel for $322,420.61, to be paid at closing "unless otherwise discussed". All I had to do was to sign and return the purchase agreement that was enclosed.
Given the nature of the offer, it is clear that Mr. Allen did no research, other than to scan Boulder County's public records, prior to making this offer. Certainly, had I signed and returned the agreement, the transaction would not have been completed at the offered price. At best, this appears to be a "bait and switch". Worst case scenario, a commitment to sell at whatever the final terms set by Terra Valhalla. It also appears to be an offer focused on elderly and/or persons settling the estate of their parents.
