My senior citizen Mom received a postcard in the mail that reads as follows: Front "TERMINATION NOTICE" "URGENT DO NOT DISCARD" "THIRD MESSAGE CALL 909-361-4531 IMPORTANT MESSAGE (No one will answer). Please turn over card for a very important message. Back: "TERMINATION NOTICE" "My Mom's name, Pamela Allen & address" "Date of Termination" "WE HAVE A CASH OFFER THAT IS WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE". "IF WE DON'T HEAR FROM YOU BY SEPT 24, 2018, YOUR CASH OFFER WILL BE TERMINATED FOR GOOD". I HAVE RECORDED A BRIEF MESSAGE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY (address inserted here) SO THAT YOU COULD AT LEAST HEAR ME OUT AND THEN DECIDE IF WE SHOULD SPEAK OVER THE PHONE". "ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL ME AT 909-361-4531 TO LISTEN TO MY PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE ABOUT THIS MATTER. CALL 24 HOURS A DAY, TO LISTEN TO MY MESSAGE. (NO ONE WILL ANSWER)".

Please do something about this individual. It is really horrible that people target senior citizens and try to take advantage.
