While on the HP printer website Tecmax said they fixed computer -printer issues for HP. They connected my printer to my computer but didn’t set it up correctly. I have since attempted to get in touch with them after a Brian Joseph called me from (404) 806-8112. That number belongs to a possible deceased gentleman in Atlanta, GA according to Spokeo.

We looked for an HP service in Feb 2023 to help set up our HP printer. This company told me they were HP and told me I had viruses on my computer and sold me services for over 350 US and helped to clean up my PC and told me they had a firewall that was better than any viruses

Each month since Feb they were offering to help speed up my laptop by cleaning up my laptop

Now I don’t trust they are legit
