Scam! I ordered a dog ball launcher a month ago, they took the money out of my account and haven’t heard a word sense. Have try to get answers with no luck.

Just all others here, I too did not receive my tennis ball launcher. I have emailed them twice, also with no response. I purchased this item back on 7/09. I think I lost hope after 3 weeks with no package. I hope I am not charged with their monthly "membership fee". After reading others' experiences, I can confirm my suspicions that I was also scammed. I will need to contact my credit card company to let them know and to make sure not to allow any further charges from this company.

I ordered a thermometer on June 11, 2020. I received an e-mail that told me they received my order. I thought with all that we are experiencing now give them extra time, but now it is way past due! I have written numerous times , no answer. Never received the thermometer! Something has to be done with these Scammers!

I have also bought a dog tennis ball launcher is has been three weeks, got conformation email that my order was placed but haven’t heard back since that was sent to me. Sent them a customer service email of where about my package was, have also not heard back on this email either. I want to know how to get my money back! I was very excited to receive this and now I am just disappointed and also robbed from my money that I spent on this product.

I also bought the dog ball launcher for $14.99 from this website on July 17, 2020. Never again. Never received a confirmation email, so I saved the screen link to my receipt. But the link just says “cart is empty’. I did get an email congratulation me for “signing up” to their site and my credit card was charged.

I ordered the same dog launcher which was $14.99 on july 18 2020 and never got it ! I emailed them but never got an email back ! I saw it on facebook and checked out the page and saw it was “secured” so I thought it was safe to buy from it, that page has a lot of deals that’s when I started realizing it might be a scam now that’s it’s 2 weeks and it still has not been delivered i’m for sure they scammed me.

Also, a link to their ‘portal’, for ‘amazing deals’ didn’t work at all.

Same here. My shipping date isn't until aug 31st 2020. And they signed me up for a membership and charged me $12.47 without my consent. I have tried emailing them several times with no response yet. Please let me know what happens in your case.

This website is on Facebook, posts very good deals for popular items people want. After investigating the website, the URL domain itself has been purchased within the month. The address says they’re located in France but once looking up the address they provide which is 2192 Lakeside Ave, Springdale France 72764... this address is a REAL address in the state of ARKANSAS even with the real zip code of 72764. The website itself uses a https secure connection and when checking out says you can use PayPal and Apple Pay. Of course both of those options disappear when trying to checkout because with both of those options either PayPal or Apple Pay will fight for the money back. It comes down too only having the option of paying with a credit card ONLY. The web traffic on the site when tracking with analytics is low but it is growing in popularity as it looks to be a legitimate site. It is all but legit. Scam Scam Scam. The scary part about this website is how much it is being shared on social sites, it even says they have an amazon store on amazon called tdealsshop but of course when going to it... it does not exist. On Facebook the items derive from Saudi Arabia on the site it’s France with an American Arkansas address and zip code.
