I received a call from a woman claiming to be from a debt collection company. She said that she was calling to collect a debt of $6,804.43 for a Capital One card that I had. She then began to read off all of my personal information, to include my last four of my social security number. When I spoke to her, she threatened me and said that if I didn't pay that I would be sued and taken to court. She also said that I needed to let her know if there was any money in my account before she processed my debit card or they would cancel the contract and add $2,000 on to the amount I owed. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money and she said that she will set up the payment plan with me. Taylor sent me documents to sign via email, which I did not knowing it was a scam at the time. My daughter was able to investigate the company and the names and phone numbers and have determined that these people are scammers. She said that the phone numbers are based out of California when she looked up the information. I spoke with 2 different people Tina ***** (phone number provided was: 949-276-3237) and Taylor *******, who answers at the following number: 1-888-672-2898. Taylor ******* was the main person I spoke with. The documents have the following email addresses: [email protected] and

[email protected]. It also had a digital signature for a Jonathan ******.
