The real Thalita knows
on every platform and report it. It looks like there are dozens and dozens. That could be overwhelming for anyone!

The real person whose IG photos are being used is aware. Whether or not she’s involved is being debated. Many people think she is, as she won’t (or can’t) do anything about it. She’s not super active on IG with posts and is inconsistent with IG stories.

Keeps asking for $300-$500 American Apple cards to "pay bills" Yeah, can't do that. Whomever Shannon Thalita is, they are in the US somewhere because you can't use Apple Cards bought in America with a foreign account. Has a google voice number, can't get a google voice number without having a phone registered in the US. Phone number 650-489-1834 if y'all want to sent messages! They won't answer the phone.
Asked for naked photos so I sent fake ones. I also received fake nude photos from her.
Lastly, I discovered they were using the FB account of an Autumn Bay. Took over the account and changed the name to Shannon Thalita. That account was eventually taken down (by fb I assume) so they just created a new account, using the same pics. That account was also taken down so they created a 3rd account with the same name. 2nd account was restored and they deactivated the 3rd account.
I was sent through FB messenger a photo of their work ID from Transperto with a lot marked out, but you could see the real name of the person, Thalita Maria Cesar Soares. They unsent the pic before I could get a screen shot. They also sent and unsent screen shots of all the people they were interacting with, saying they stopped talking to all those people when they met me...there were like 3 pages of screen shot. Not sure how they got the photo of the work ID.
I knew from the beginning what was happening but played along. Interesting that they are using part of Thalita's name with me when all the other names are nothing close to Thalita's real name.

I also found an IG profile where the photos come from. I contacted the owner of the IG profile. I never got an answer. So I have no idea whether IG is also fake or not. Also because it is updated quite frequently.
I'm just having a hard time dealing, I guess.

So there is a team at work here.. and this girl is in on it, not a victim (she was on a video call with me 3 weeks ago)..
Apart from reporting it to Wapa, what actions can we take to stop this 'organized scam'?

I managed to get her on a video call for a few seconds (of course the signal was bad) and it was her on that video so this is some girl having her pictures stolen, she is 100% part of the scam!

Alarm bells rang when the times kept changing for her at work, then she said she was attacked by pirates and he number had to change. So I asked her for a specific photo and she turned nasty and I just blocked her straight away.
We chatted fir about a week and now I see so many photos have been stolen.

But what makes me wonder: we texted via google chat app. And when you take a photo in the app itself, the picture has a special file name caption. And you can not save the image from there either. So that means that this person has also made the extra effort to rename the files "correctly". Thats crazy...
Is this the same scammer?
Within two days, she asked to be in a relationship. She was so charming and sweet, texting me throughout the day about how much she loved and missed me. However, I also noticed that on two separate occasions I asked her about how tall she was, she responded with different answers. When I brought this up, she said she was texting while tired and not to worry — I would never regret trusting her.
I made a fake account on Zoe to test her and messaged her. After a few days, she began to chat with me as I pretended to be someone else. Meanwhile, she told me she was taking a shower on the other end. Just as she has done with me, she told my fake account that I was beautiful and would like to get to know me better. When I finally revealed myself and told her what a piece of [censored] she was, she blocked me on Google chat and then texted my other number that if I wanted to talk, we could talk. Otherwise, she said, “ok bye.”
I don’t know if this is the same person, but she sent me a pic of her mother, which also was sent to someone else here. I guess I just never got sucked in long enough to have her tell me her mom was sick and ask me to help her.

Mom was the only family and was sick, her last girlfriend passed away 2 yrs ago but now she is ready to start dating again.
Sadly, she never spent the kind of time she did with some of her other victims 😢 but I fell for her just the same. I couldn't believe someone that beautiful could want someone like me ( does that sound familiar to anyone else )
I didn't give her any money and the messages got less frequent. I too received pics that aren't on Thalita's ig, and I did wonder if I was talking to the real woman, but why scam for money she has a good paying job ?

She looked Super cute... But not true :) found the scam in 2 days and blocked already. Number used: +1 857-353-8999
