United Advocacy provided me information on how they could help me reduce my mortgage payment and reduce the loan amount. Their scam was so good, I got lost in the reality check!! After I paid $1985. United Advocacy sent me a packet to submit to the mortgage company. I brought it to their attention that some of the information was not correct on the application. I was told the information on the application would enhance my possibility to getting the application approved. United Advocacy told me to stop making my monthly mortgage payments. After 3 months not making the mortgage payments, the mortgage company put my house in foreclosure. United Advocacy, Tammi Philips, will not return my phone calls or emails. Conclusion, my credit is ruin and I'm trying to work with the mortgage to resolve this nightmare!!

United Advocacy Counseling sent me information about submitting an application to the mortgage company that would lower my monthly payment and provide additional mortgage deductions. They made the scam sound so good, I thought it would be possible. BUT when the mortgage company contacted me and told me my house was going into foreclosure. I contacted United Advocacy, Tammi Philips told me to follow the mortgage company request. Tammi told me United Advocacy would resubmit another loan modification. At this point, ALL communication with Tammi discontinued. When I received the second modification, I made an attempt to contact Tammi because there were several errors on the forms. I did not get a response from Tammi. I paid $1975. to United Advocacy Counseling with NO mortgage resolution . The mortgage company is requesting past due payments or they will start the foreclosure process. UNITED ADVOCACY COUNSELING IS A SCAM!!! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!
