Bought their product through their website. After two weeks I sent an email to them because I still had not received the product. During this back and forth via email I noticed a second charge on my account, so I told them they need to refund me for that. I was told I signed up for a subscription and that was the charge. I went back through their website and my confirmation email and saw nothing about a subscription. As of today I have been charged twice by them- once for the product I have yet to receive and another time for a so-called subscription that they are refusing to refund me for.
