SCAM ! SCAM ! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Please dont make call on their toll free number. They are fake amazon kindle customer support agents. They tried to pitch and sell me some support package for my kindle worth $99.99. Checked with amazon and found it to be a scam.
