I called Vizio for tech support and they immediately sent me to this TCSTR site that said I would receive expert help for a refunded 1.95 charge which would immediately be refunded. When I called about the charge of $39 on my credit card and asked what the business was, I was told it was a streaming site with movies ect…, when in fact it is this tech support that I have no idea how I got set up for this service.I know it’s small potatoes, but I just want someone aware that this is going on thank you.
