Website shows “Ariat” Fatbaby leather western boots at discount. Photo of boots looks authentic. I already have a pair so familiar with Ariat boots. I checked their website which guaranteed refund and return prior to ordering. Also all reviews on their website. Product arrived. NOT Ariat boots but vinyl imitation. No name brand on the boots at all.

Sent email to their support and was advised to keep them or give to a friend as return shipping would be expensive. They offered me a $5US gift certificate for my troubles. I insisted on a return address and full refund.

Now two weeks later the same emails keep going back and forth. Their offer is now up to a $12 gift card but not providing me with a return address or full refund, which I am repeatedly insisting on

They misrepresent their product, provide cheap imitations and refuse to honour their claim of full refund and return.

They are scammers and I fear I’m out $79.99 US dollars and they have my credit card info.
