I ordered their supplement online from a Facebook ad. Within 8 hours I hadn't received a confirmation but my CC was charged. I had copied and pasted info while doing the process and called them to cancel it and they said it couldn't be cancelled because it had already shipped. LIE! Ordered 2/26/2026 shipped 2/27/2026 so it had not shipped! They did give me a return authorization order number, which I put on the pkg. I also wrote refused and it was returned unopened. They still owe me $59.98. They credited me $50 and then $20 but still owe me $59.98. I reported it to my bank as well!

I purchased 2 bottles of sweet restore keto+ACV for $59.99 from Sweet Restore Glycogen Support. They took that amout along with $239.94 out of my account, totaling $534.87 lost. Then 10 days later took out another $234.94 +subscribe and save. Ive looked everywhere on how tp cancel or return and it leeds to dead ends. I tried emailing [email protected] but got no help.
