I received a telephone call from a Newport News, Virginia number: 757-320-2816. The caller said he was conducting a survey of Virginia residents and would like to ask me some questions. He said that the call may be monitored for quality control purposes and asked if that would be alright and I answered "yes". The caller then said that was all the information he needed and hung up.

I immediately knew all he wanted was an affirmative answer from me and I have gone online to seek the appropriate agencies to alert.

The call was received at 1:35 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017.
