Fraud aimed at ambulatory surgical facilities. Received today 2 invoices from this nonexistent company that we have never had any business with stating that the "subscription has expired or will be expiring soon". Their hope is that a bookkeeper will just pay it without looking at it. Website is nonfunctional. Convincing invoice; does not have the usual "this is not a bill" in tiny print that most scammers have. Payment is requested to "CC Foghat" which is a Nevada shell company that has had its registration permanently revoked.

Scam invoice sent to business for $295.00 for subscription. No phone number listed on invoice. Website listed doesn't exist.
