I received a phone call from SureStartCapitalPartners.com saying that I qualified for a $5000.00 loan. I was told at first it was $750. ( three months in advance), then $1500 ( six months )in advance. Finally, I was told I had to pay insurance. Couldn't afford insurance..Then I written a letter that I could receive the loan or receive refund.. I was told that refund would take a month to come because of legal work..I chose to receive loan. Loan was to come on last Monday,. It never arrived. I tried to contact company. Only received recording. I got in contact with the individual who made the call. Call was disconnected. There was no correspondence.
