Received call from Otto with Sure recovery solutions stating i owed for a pay day loan and if i didn't pay they would move forward with court. I unfortunately have lost money. I did send a certified letter but was returned stating address not known.

The person claimed to be Micheal Taylor of SRS and stated I took out a payday loan and did not pay it back. Stated they had been trying to contact me over the years and they had not. Stated they would be taking me to court and stopping me from getting my paycheck until they were paid over $4000.00 if i didnt make arrangements to pay it back today. They make you think you must have forgotten that you took the loan.

Friends and family had received calls in reference to an urgent matter and informed me. I then received a voicemail from this company saying they were an arbitration office and if I were to settle a debt with some payday loan company today it would only cost 1100 dollars but if I disputed it and went to court it would be close to 5 grand. When I told the man that I wasn't willing to pay anything without proof of debt he then told me my accounts would be frozen and hung up on me.

They have been mailing me letters for a few weeks now, claiming I have an outstanding credit card debt of over 4,000 with some bank named Barclays but that is not true. I have never had any outstanding debt with any bank with that name and if that is a real bank, there are no locations in my area. Every time I called the number listed on file and tried to argue my case or question the legitimacy of the debt, they would just hang up on me. After a while, I just laughed it off and would send the mail back with little notes on the envelope and the letters (at my home address) stopped. Now, they are harassing and calling my work place and even sent an email to my elderly father about the alleged debt. This has gone too far! Something must be done.
