Operations Manager: Juline Zhan. The the return email information I have didn't any tracking number or what vendor. I was then asked a second time regarding tracking and number associated with transaction. Once again I made it very clear that I had never received any transaction number or vendor. I was then informed to give them at least 2 weeks to find out what happened with this matter. At that time I agreed and awaited for the information. was used to carry out the transaction. In 2 weeks I reached out to the company again regarding the status of the order. Once again they asked for tracking information and what vendor was used to send the item. At that point I decided to request a refund in regards to the transaction. Needlessly to say they ask could they research the information again. I stated no and would like to have a refund in that of two weeks. As of today I haven't had not heard or receive any from from the company. My purpose of filing this complete is that other to love the holiday seasons and thinking they are ordering and getting buys offline please beware.company. as of today they are still advertising on pinterest.
