Support email charges $5 for refund but fails to help

This email was in the packing of an item that arrived and was subpar. The original sellers info was not. The paper said they would “provide comprehensive after-sales service, ensuring customers have no worries”. They charged $5 to get started saying it would be fully refundable. I presumed it would be bundled into my refund from a company called Makebreeze. After being instructed to upload photos they then said I had to contact the seller. I asked then what their role was. They said “support”. I called them useless middlemen. Wanted my $5.00 back. They said they wouldn’t charge me twice! I reminded them that their site read the $5.00 charge would be refunded. Then I lost contact with them and couldn’t get back in.

I ordered a bracelet and received it last week. I love it, but today a 2nd bracelet exactly the same arrived. I do not want to be charged for 2 bracelets.

I was actually not the person scammed. But the scammer is using my address for customers to send their return's I have received 6 packages addressed to Chris Graham.
