I placed an order for flowers to Summer Flower Delivery at 10:30 a.m. on 07/08/24 since they promised same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered by 6:30 p.m. that evening. I called and left a message. Someone returned the call the following day, but when I spoke to them, they asked for the order number and then I was immediately placed in a queue where I was the 26th, 29th, or 19th caller. I had the option of waiting (up to 20-30 minutes) or having my call returned. This happened more than once and the same process ensued. I then emailed them and it was the same. I was actually informed that the recipient changed the delivery time and wrote a thank you message, which was false, since I contacted the recipient and they had not been notified of a delivery nor had they responded. I then contacted my credit card company and they disputed the charge. As of this date, the flowers have never been delivered and the issue has not been resolved. I am not trying to contact them any longer since it is obviously a scam. Although the website says "Sunny Flower Delivery," the company that answers and/or responds to emails is "Blossom Flower Delivery." Thank you.

I typed "florist in Miami Springs" and Sunny Flowers Delivery showed first so I clicked on it and in the main page this appears "MIAMI SPRINGS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVING NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE 1998" which led me to believe that it was a florist in Miami Springs. But it was not. Is a delivery sight from California. I have called but there is never a real person on the line. Just recordings thanking for the order. In the sight in a box to check delivery the screen responded that the flowers were delivered and suggest I call the recipient. The order was placed on March/ 3 for delivery on 3/7, as of today 3/11 at 8 am the flowers were not delivered as confirmed by my friend. Is a scam disguised as a business.
