Summit Recovery Service/SRS Reports & Reviews (1)

They called me on 7/2/25 from this phone number +1 (530) 235-8266 and left a voice mail stating their own name (Ismael) and giving me a reference number before playing an automated message that said “Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out. You will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation. If they are unable to reach you at home, they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment in order to stop further action from being taken. You will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-934-0229 this call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you.…” Very vague and no information whatsoever about their own company until I did my research. Screw these guys. I’m not sure where to report them too but I’m going to look it up because they don’t know how to handle business at all which adds up since this is likely a scammer vs. a “real” debt collector.
