James Martin from Subtech was hired by my Warranty Company to repair a plumbing problem with my toilet. James Martin took my deposit, got in his truck and left. I thought he was going to get parts. He never returned. He did not answer telephone calls. He made about 7 appointments by text but never kept any of them. I wasted many days waiting for him. I had to hire another plumber to do the work. I believe Subtech is a scam and the company does not exist. James Martin is obviously a crook. I have notified my warranty company that they should not hire him or his fake company for any future jobs. I know I will never hire him ever again!
