State of Colorado Letterhead that states, "Notice of Default" from the City and County of Denver for Parking Violation/ Toll Violation. Failure to Act or Appear will result in:
Final Default Judgement against you without further notice.
Imposition of maximum statutory fines, late penalties, and additional court costs
Suspension of driver's license
and more (scare tactics).
There is a QR code on the letterhead requesting to "settle yor unpaid balance" - with no dollar amount listed.
There is a "Court Hearing Date" set for March 24, 2026, at 9am, Location: Denver County Court 1667 Banpock Street Denver Colorado, 80202
Street spelling is incorrect on the "notice." The "Fake" Case No CO-26-TR273196. The letter also lists Colorado Revised Statute.
