I fell for the computer not being protected. Gave them $499 in 2003 for a year of protection. They downloaded their "Protection Software" I couldn't tell if anything had been done. Did scans and nothing. Tried to cancel after 6 months, but they would never cancel. Sent email to cancel and was told to call. I called and told them to cancel and still not cancelled. Now they are harrassing me and wanting $732 to renew - told them no to cancel and do not renew. They said they would call me today to "uninstall" the program, not did not call. They call at least 4-8 times a day with unknown numbers. I read some reviews about them and it was not good. Thank you for your time.
