Had to create accont and verify my idenity. Paid 15.99 for package was suppose to have been 40.00 plus 20 gift spins. Didnt get spins. Thought read it wrong. Built my total up to 67.32 was told had to have 100.00 to cash withdraw but only 10.00 min for gift card tried that got as far as saying Lets Go to prizeout for gift card redemption and cant go no further that was a week ago. Tried today still couldnt. I tried everyday. I contacted Live Chat again. Was told gift card was unavailable. I asked to give to my accont on file was told they couldnt that i could either wait on card or keep playing to get to 100.00 before i could respond offers to buy coin packages starting popping up.
