I purchased an item via [email protected]. I received a confirmation that the item was delivered. I have a Ring canera and nothing was ever delivered with timestamp. I emailed the seller multiple times with no response. The purchase was made via PayPal..so when the seller didn't communicate I filed a dispute with Paypal. Included in the dispute were images that I stating that tge item was delivered without an image or confirming the actual address. A paypal associate even gave an address that wasnt mine. PAYPAL is refusing to communicate or refund me my money all because of an email the seller sent about the delivery. If the seller and tracking company is refusing to respond to me what recourse do I have in obtaining a refund from PAYPAL or getting my item delivered. Paypal is refusing to help me..all they tell me to do is reach out to seller
