For example, the Premier Membership states you get the following, "one 80-minute signature massage, premier massage, premier facial, premier body wrap, hydraderm or premier peel."
When trying to book an 80-minute premier massage, staff says only a 60-minute premier massage is covered with Premier Membership. This conflicts with all of their materials, and staff admits it does conflict but will not honor what was agreed upon. Staff also admitted there was an "argument" between their location and corporate over the issue and were trying to get updated materials...that's fine for future customers but not for customers who signed up for one thing and then are told it's something different when they try and use it.
