Had a call from a foreigner offered a deal for property taxes back owed for my brother in law. In 30 years nobody has ever called my home for him. The caller offered a reduction in taxes. My brother in law has already paid them. I knew was scam, Spartanburg County does not offer tax reductions. They auction property if not paid.
