Type of a scam Credit Cards

Just received an email from my bank saying I got a bill from Solution doctors are they legit? I don't think I ever heard of them before. I won't to know if they are a reputable company.

Hi I was originally contacted by a Jospeh Baluchi he called himself a medical cost Advacote, with the phone number 1-888-910-3832 with an offer to help cover my medical insurance problems at the end of this month, he wanted me to send him a fee of $3.95 the 1st month then $25 the next month, I was told it would help cover anything over $200 and it was supposed to help cover 85% of medical prescriptions, I had questions about how much they would cover for my appointment I see a psychiatrist so I told him I would consider that deal, he then explained to me that I would have to call the medical bill applactions 1-201-891-8989 then telling me he would call me back, while speaking to Joseph took my Full name with the middle initial my phone number and address trying to tell me that he would send me a medical card to cover me and anyone in my family. I waited over an hour to receive a call back from a new New York number 626-522-2775 this guy David told me that the coverage wouldn’t cover anything under $600 so I believe myself that this is a scam and someone belongs in jail or prison for fraud if these people. Its weird how they called me after going to the US Bank on 5621 75th street for the first time ever in Kenosha, Wisconsin. so maybe they have hacking abilities as well, so it might be a good idea to talk to them and ask if any money has been reported missing. I’ll check up on my credit continually. And a David from the medical billing department they said their hours were Monday- Friday 8 Am to 5Pm he said it was one hour past central time.
