ORDERED CLOTHING THROUGH TIKTOK LINK FROM SOLIRIEL.COM - SHOWED DELIVERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED. I paid $36.18. I tried contacting them at [email protected].

I used a link from TikTok for Judy Blume clothing on sale. It took me to a website advertised as Judy Blume. After checkout I received an email from Soliriel.com saying my order was placed. I was confused at that but got a notification next day about shipping. I was told 3/4 day shipping and it’s been 5 weeks now. I’ve contacted them for updates and for refunds but have not received anything other than “we will expedite your shipping” in return. They claimed my package to be delivered but I have cameras and proof no delivery was attempted at my home. I have filed with my bank to get my money back from this fraud company.
