Purchased snwoii snow globes from Snowii.co on Shop app. Emailed merchant once I received the product that I wanted to return. Jenny from snowii replied with terms of return and said further instructions would follow if I agreed. I agreed to terms and never got another reply from that email address. I attempted to reach out on the Shop app and this merchant changed their name to auria and the product was no longer listed. I attempted to revisit the website which has also changed its name to auria. Company has not replied to any emails after multiple attempts. I lost $159.98.
