Smartechrestore.com popped up while I was on the HP website trying to get my printer to work. They said they worked with HP and could fix it. So they took control of my pc for over half an hour. They stated they fixed the printer but that there was a bug on my pc and they fixed it for $199. The used rightsignature to sign my name to some documents. They signed them using rightsignature illegally and billed my credit card. Now I think while in control of my pc they stole valuable information and rightsignature must help in stopping these thieves.
