This company, SkincareEssentials.com, is not legitimate. I placed an order for three products. One product was a smaller size than I ordered and was labeled "not for individual sale." The other two products were each boxed, but the boxes had the QR codes very obviously scratched off. I opened the boxes to see what was inside. No products were tested or used. After contacting the company at [email protected] they said they would refund my money in full once received except for a $11.95 "return fee" that could not be waived. I explained they could not charge me a return fee when they sent the wrong product. Skincare Essentials agreed to no return fee. After waiting over two weeks after tracking showed they had received the return, I was only refunded for one product. I am still owed $205. I have emailed them again with no response.
