"Andy" from Simply Verified called my employer and asked for me. I was out and he said he needed to verify my employment. The office manager could not do that, and he asked her if the last four of my social security number was XXXX. She did not know and asked him again about where he was calling from and why was he asking that. He got hostile and hung up. She captured his phone number on the caller ID. The phone number (440) 249-7616. I called it back and left a message for "Andrew" according to the voicemail. I called Simply Verified directly and they denied having an Andy or having a record of me in their system. I searched the number that "Andy" called from and found the business name Willoughby First Locksmith 5900 Som Center Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094, United States. This is a UPS store. The store would not confirm or deny this business is still a current customer.
