Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I immediately contacted Jennifer White at their processing department and told her that I wanted to terminate my services and she sent me a form to request my refund. I returned the form in January and was told in two weeks I should receive a check in the mail.it is going on 3 months and nothing. I call once a week and all I get is promises. It will be sent out. A “manager” John assured me two weeks ago that he would write it and send me a tracking number and still nothing and whenever I call I he’s always on a call and never calls me back.
