I was contacted by sienna support network, would said they would help with my foreclosure. After sending them documents and allowing them authorization to contact my mortgage company to work on my behalf I sent them a check for $1875.00. My mortgage company sent me documents less than 2 weeks later saying they will not be working this company as they are not licensed to work in Texas and don’t seem legitimate.

I immediately contacted Jennifer White at their processing department and told her that I wanted to terminate my services and she sent me a form to request my refund. I returned the form in January and was told in two weeks I should receive a check in the mail.it is going on 3 months and nothing. I call once a week and all I get is promises. It will be sent out. A “manager” John assured me two weeks ago that he would write it and send me a tracking number and still nothing and whenever I call I he’s always on a call and never calls me back.
