Purchase a Abbey Road-Peanuts-,North Carolina sweater from the website ShopMerchGame.com.

I purchased sweater (order#20242) on 12-21-2025 for $42.99.

I sent an email to [email protected] on Jan 6th 2026 stating I had not received item.

They responded with we will check and get back to you.

Sent 2nd email on January 20 2027 and they stated they would contact their shipping partner and get me an update asap.

Sent 3rd email on February 12, 2026 and response was" we understand this is an ongoing situation but if you had selected express shipping and you can do this now, we will refund shipping fee and give you a complimentary gift for you troubles.

At this point I have still not received the sweater and I did not take the offer for faster shipping and a free gift.
