Ordered size 7.5 Adidas sneakers for Christmas from Shoplyvelle.com. Received size 9-10 size. Tried to return but their website/email was shut down. I stopped payment on their transaction and reported it to my financial institution. I received an email from [email protected] because they want their money. But I want to return the product. They won’t let me return it because it is not within the 30-day window but they were literally inaccessible during that window.
