It was a date and I went to the store. The sales person sat me down or offered me a sample sat me down, started putting cream under my eyes offered me box of face cream for $299. I said that I could not afford it if you buy this you get the ice cream free and I said I cannot afford it. How about if you buy this one the ice cream for $49.99? I said $49.99 he said yes. I bought it February 5, 2025 I looked at my credit card charges and noticed I had a charge for $164.25 includes tax. I was so upset and went to the company and told a sales representative what had happened. I said the the guy, Matthew, said the product was $49.99 and then I repeated to Matthew, $49.99? He said yes. The salesperson said well, you signed the receipt and the no refunds only exchanges. They then gave me an emailed address to contact corporate, [email protected] and that they’re good at answering back. I sent the email while in the store. When I got home I looked at the receipt again and when the salesperson said that Matthew said the product was $149 not $49.99 I noticed that the receipt said $150. So she flat out lied. It was a bait and switch. I notified my CC company and filed a fraud claim. I read the company’s yelp reviews and it said to not go in that store. It’s a scam. I’m going to also report this to the Topanga Malls main office and tell them about my experience and the yelp reviews. Hopefully this will shut them down.

While walking through the Santa Anita Mall, a person approached me with can they put a serum on my puffy eyes. I then brought the product for 400.00. In the meantime, they also were offering a free facial. I made the appointment and had a facial. During the facial treatment, they talked about their products that they were using on my face, and showed me different plans. I accepted the 4000.00 plan for payment of 379.00 monthly with a finance company. After I arrived home, I realized there was not a receipt or the contract. The finance company contacted me via email, and told me of my payments which were now 500.00 more, and monthly payments were 459.00. I contacted the manager of the store and asked what was going instating my concerns, and where was the receipt and contract. Everytime I called them there were constant excuses, and we will give you additional facials. By now I called the management of the mall and reported them. After numerous attempt to get results, I ended going to the mall with the security on site and management from security to return my product, which they wouldn't accept or give me a refund., nor give me my contract or initial receipt. We asked repeatedly to give us the name of the owner of the company, and the manager of the store would give us the name. I called my attorney. We are filing a suit against them, and the all management knows of their activities as other have reported same kind of scams on elderly people. I am the one that has taken it the furthest.
