I tried to purchase a gift from the AtlasClub website (ShopAtlas.co). The item was $29.99. I made the initial purchase on 12/12/25 (order #7381). I reached out on 12/22/25 asking about the estimated timing for shipment of my order as I hadn't recieved any notification. After some back and forth, I was told the item was not going to ship and I would recieve a refund. However, I now discovered that I have been charged five (5) times for the order ($149.95 in total) and have not recieved any refunds.
