I ordered a dog ball launcher machine, I was so looking forward to receiving it as my dog is ball mad. They took my money of $22.99 and I received a tennis ball in a packet, on the tracking label it said dog ball launcher. I tried to contact them via messenger, email etc, email defunct and no response on messenger. I raised a dispute with paypal, the company said if I return the item they will offer me 20% refund, I refused, then they offered 50% refund, I continued the dispute and then paypal closed it saying I had not provided the tracking number. I checked back through the messages and not once did paypal actually ask for tracking information specifically, they just said if you have further information send it. The whole thing is absolutely disgusting and paypal are as bad, I sent photos of the packet to them, all the information was clearly in view and a picture of the ball. I explained to paypal that this is a scam, they go under the guise item not as shown. They don't seem to understand the concept that a ball is not a machine and was sent deliberately with "dog ball launcher" on the label. Paypal are colluding with this company in scamming people.

I ordered a Luxury Reclining Camp Chair and got these tiny stool that my 12 year old can't even put her foot on. They are completely useless. I put in a claim to paypal, but haven't heard anything yet. I sent the company an email and it came back unknown. Paypal sent another email address to contact, so I sent an email to that one. Still waiting.

On 6/29 My son ordered a 2020 New Portable Printer for $19.99 plus 6.99 shipping. Paid $26.98 to [censored]ou(sz) Tech co.,limited.
Invoice # JY15933570602505. Transaction ID 9NJ90799GX3360648.

Weeks went by and he finally received a silicone cover, apparently for the printer. The address that it was shipped from is 148-08 Guy R. Brewer Blvd. Jamaica NY 11434.

We have sent two emails to [email protected] with no response. I am furious that they have scammed him, a pretty high functioning kid but with a disability. GRRRRRR!

Please, what can we do to either get the printer or get a refund?

I ordered two “luxury reclining camp chairs” and after 8 weeks received two small folding stools that are too small for a five-year old. I filed a claim with PayPal. The company responded that they would allow me to return the stools but I would have to pay $20 in shipping costs OR they would refund half of the order amount. I offered to pay $5 for the stools and received a refund for the balance. I hated to give them any money but I was able to get most of my money back.
