I ordered a pet bath tub and basin and only received the basin. I have tried to contact Paypal to file a complaint but because I made a guest payment through Paypal, it isn't showing on my account. I also tried e-mail provided on the invoice to this Company and the e-mail came back as unrecognised! Paypal had best recover my money or I will bombard them with e-mails, I suggest everyone else do the same until they get a response(I have the time to do it).

Funny but about a week I got a notice saying it was delivered, but never saw again. The recierver said, they never recieved. They got a notice it was delivered, but no one home. Wrong again, they were home and can see the driveway and no body came by. I want my money back.

Yes, same here. Order the garden kneeler and received the little green canvasbag that hangs on side. Total scam. Go to your credit card company and reverse payment. That's what I'm going to do.

I just started the "what I received wasn't what I ordered" email through PayPal and they said they'd give a full refund if you return the item. But the return costs $20. So it'd be spending $46 ($26 for the "chair" and $20 to ship it back) just to get $26 back? This is so dumb.

On May 2, 2020, I order the Garden Kneeler. My money was taken out of my account immediately. The activity states that on May 29, 2020, the item was sent. I have yet to receive the kneeler. I only received the little tool pouch. I tried contacting the seller at the email address below, but the email keeps coming back. I believe this is a scam. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well.
