I had placed an order for the Shepherd's Diet back in March. My credit card was charged on March 11, 2017. In May I tried contacting the website where I ordered the diet system from because I hadn't received it or any notice that it was on back order. It had been long enough that I tried to cancel my order. I received no response. The lady that sells this is also a weight trainer, Kristina Wilds. The only address I could find for her was greater Denver area. I tried the phone number but it only told you how to place your order at their website. I finally contacted Click Bank since they are the financial institution that is used by this vendor. Since it was over the 60 day limit for refund they had to contact the vendor. The vendor wouldn't respond to them either. I contacted my credit card company and they are going to credit back to my account the $47 charge. Be ware of Shepherd's Diet and Kristina Wilds!
