I placed an order for a jacket in March 2026. It was pre-order, 4-6 weeks lead time. Waited a few months and sent an email. I was assured the jacket was in progress and would arrive within 2 weeks. Waited again, no jacket. I sent a follow-up email asking again for my money back. This time no response. Two instances of correspondence, no jacket and no money.
