Please do NOT use Select American Staffordshire Terrier. He made himself sound good and I thought he cared about animals and was a caring dog breeder. I was very wrong he told me his name was Derek Travaughn Cransha lives in New Bern NC. We did text and spoke on the phone maybe twice he insisted I use Zelle to pay for the puppy I told him I wanted something more secure but he said Zelle was the only way that should have been a red flag so the day of shipment the shipping company emailed me saying I had to pay 1,250 for a temperature crate or else the puppy could not fly. I told Derek I don’t have that money he offer to help and pay 400 if I can send them $850 and I would get a 100 percent refund back when I received the puppy again another red flag but sadly I did. After the second payment was made on top of the $950 I spent on the dog I did not hear from the shipping company (Eastern Coast Carriers) for hours I was non stop calling of course it was a fake shipping company. They finally gave me a flight number and said my puppy would be there I had no tracking number nothing so I was running around the airport looking for my puppy and there was never a puppy on board. My husband and I are embarrassing and disappointing. How can people do this stuff for a living.
