SEEL offers mail delivery insurance and state they will cover any damage to the product ordered. I ordered a $70 backpack from Bagsmart.com and it arrived in a melted bag with the backpack damaged. I submitted multiple claims and supplied photos. The first claim was rejected saying it was damaged prior to shipment. The second was rejected because they said the photos were altered or AI generated - neither one is true. I was instructed to upload a video, but only photos are able to be uploaded on the claim site. I sent a video via email and was told they can’t use any photos/videos via email to at they have to be uploaded on the claim site. It has been a very frustrating process and I believe that SEEL is a scam. I have notified Bagsmart.com, who were FANTASTIC and immediately said they would send a replacement at no cost with a 20% coupon on a future item. Do not use the supplemental insurance offered by SEEL!!!
