This website promotes one of a kind jewelry that is ready to ship in 3 days. The maximum shipping time per their website is 5 days. After waiting 10 business days for tracking information, I reached out several times over the course of a week and was ignored each time. The business continues to promote on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok regarding sales and new pieces added to the website, yet nothing ever gets shipped and they ignore customers who paid and have unfulfilled orders. I had to dispute the charge directly with my bank.
