My husband purchased a legend of Zelda shadowbox. In the pictures and description it showed that it was a shadowbox, the inside was 3-D images and it came with a vintage Zelda game. What we received was a cheap 5 x 7 dollar picture frame with card stock printed cut outs of a Zelda game and other characters glued to the inside of the frame.

Ordered a 39.00 wreath from these people. I received a wreath smaller in size that is falling to pieces and hardly looks like the picture. The worth of the wreath I purchased is less than 10.00. There website looks legit but don't be fooled. I was also surprised to find out that this company was in a different country no mention of that til I received my tracking number.

When I saw these pieces of art I fell in love with them. I anxiously awaited their arrival. My heart crushed when I discovered what arrived. First I ordered two different figures. I received two of the same. Second it looks like something you would buy a child from the dollar store not the thirty four dollars I paid for each of these. They were to be sixteen inches and instead came in four inches. The figures can not hold the staff which I did not expect to be separate. The figurines were to have exquisite detail and instead they came in looking like a child painted them. They were also supposed to have more featured details which they did not. According to their return policy I should be fully refunded at no cost to me. Instead I received a response email asking if I would except a twenty percent refund. I am crushed. This website is a scam. Stay away.

Long hard plastic articulated fingers were ordered. Rubber, Dollar Store, slip on fingers were received. All pieces to assemble on your hand and wrist were missing. What do you do with an item that is missing several parts? $47. gone. There is never a resolution with these type of companies. S decor shop is not a company to rely on.

I ordered two wreaths. One came in pieces and was about 1/3 the size as advertised; the other was not a wreath, it was plexiglass and very poor quality. I contacted them about my dissatisfaction and they agreed that the products were not as advertised and offered a 10% refund while suggesting I give the wreaths to a friend. I told them the wreaths were total junk; I would never give them to a friend and I wanted a full refund. They said the only way I can get a full refund is if I mailed it back to China which would cost me more than what they were offering me. Basically, this company is a total scam. They send junk products, charge you exorbitant amounts, then refund you a small amount so they are still making a lot of money. Products are total junk. Please save yourself a lot of stress and never order from this company

I bought roller-skates for 125 dollars. The company looked completely legitimate. I get the skates in my size and they are smaller than the stated size. So I need to return them. Well after giving my first born, I get a we can give you 10% back. And keep the skates and give them to someone who can use them. Well now I will give them to the rink I go to. Someone can use them.
